About me: Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Potter and I am so excited to be apart of your child’s 5th grade journey this year. This is my second year teaching, both in 5th grade. I am so excited to learn with all of you and make it the best year possible. My favorite subject is science and I can’t wait to show you all the fun science projects we do in 5th grade! Outside of the classroom you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, or at the gym. I also am from Pittsburgh, GO STEELERS;)

Homework Policy: Reading: Students are expected to complete 15 minutes of reading every night. Math: Students are expected to work on their math homework 15 minutes every night. Homework logs are expected to be signed for both reading and math to get points! Students are also able to sign these themselves once they have completed homework.
