Hello! I am Michelle Waters, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as your Director of Curriculum and Pupil Services.
📚 My Bio & Experience
I have proudly dedicated the last 18 years to the field of education, and this is my fourth year serving in an administrative role. My background has provided me with a comprehensive view of what truly supports student and staff success.
🔭 Vision & Role
My role is multifaceted, encompassing key areas vital to our school's mission:
Professional Development: Guiding staff training initiatives aligned with our work plan goals.
Curriculum: Ensuring robust and engaging educational pathways for all students.
Pupil Services: Overseeing critical support services, including Special Education, Home School Instruction, and the daily operations of the Guidance Office.
My vision is to cultivate an environment where every student has access to an excellent, supportive education, and every staff member is empowered to achieve our collective goals.

When I step away from school, my greatest joy is my family—I have three wonderful boys who keep me busy! I am an avid reader and enjoy spending time supporting my sons in all of their various activities and hobbies.
